There are a couple of fantastic monologue and dialogue totally free podcasts centred around life and recovery in South Africa that make very interesting listening. The first is the Crossroads Recovery podcast and the second is Freddie van Rensburg’s meet me in the field spirituality podcast.

Both podcasts are addition recovery focused however they are a very straight up life conversations set in a theological, existential, self-progression format. The hosts are accomplished former addicts living in recovery and working in the spheres of addiction.
