Relapse Prevention is a registered non-profit foundation that operates an in-business hours help line for people struggling with substance use and behaviour related mental health issues. The service operates an independent referral network of in excess of 900 service providers across South Africa that have each been vetted and documented. The advice help line and email services is free for families and patients and all conversations are not recorded to maintain complete confidentiality. The service will help callers to understand what next steps they will need to take and will find the best possible treatment solutions within in the patients location.

Rehab centres across South Africa include all major cities including Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Pietermaritzburg, East London, Bloemfontein, Welkom, Kimberley, Polokwane, Mafikeng and Port Elizabeth.
