To support individuals in long-term addiction recovery by providing free access to online tools and information that enables people to maintain sobriety. Relapse Prevention is managed by community volunteers and maintains no commercial interests whatsoever.
(c) Organisation’s income and property are not distributable to its members or office-bearers, except as reasonable compensation for services rendered.
There is no income. The website support is offered voluntarily by the community.
(d) Provision for the organisation to be a body corporate and have an identity and existence distinct from its members or office-bearers
The organisation functions exclusively from a website address relapseprevention.co.za.
(e) Provision for the organisation’s continued existence notwithstanding changes in the composition of its membership or office-bearers.
Ownership of this address can and will be provided / offered back to the community in the event that present management elects to no longer maintain the services to the community.
(f) Members or office-bearers have no rights in the property or other assets of the organisation solely by virtue of their being members or office-bearers.
No assets or rights shall be granted to members.
(g) Powers of the organisation
The organisation commits to providing information that is valid and directed toward the positive outcomes of the community members it supports.
(h) Organisational structures and mechanisms for its governance
Website administrators support and manage the community through the help of volunteer members in the community.

(j) Manner in which decisions are to be made
(k) Provision made for the organisation’s financial transactions to be conducted by means of a banking account
